Our agency’s jobs included the organisation of the press conference, sending invitation letters to journalists, creating registration list, organising interviews with partners from the media, participating on the press conference and the coordination of the journalists. Finally, sending an article about the content of the press conference to journalists and monitoring media were our main tasks.
