This site has been designed to provide help for people who have little or no experience with our type of agency or business communication. To show you a complete picture we would like to describe the steps of our work in chronological order, starting from first contact. If a client comes to us with a concrete set of ideas they would like us to make a reality it is wise to put down the expectations and the possible way and steps of implementation one by one. The first meeting is very important. This is where we find out if there is trust in the partnership – which is of the utmost importance for a successful venture. All people who come to us are looking to improve their communication. Those with no prior experience need to start from the basics and those looking to improved their existing communicational structure need advanced help. In some cases our clients even come to us for crisis control. We strive to be at our client’s disposal for all of the above, to solve their problems, to reach out with a helping hand. Our goal is to make our clients understand that we are a communications partner and we will help them with all our knowledge, professionalism and experience. It is vital that our client can define their expectations and goals as accurately as possible. The development of methods is our responsibility. We generally ask our clients to summarize these expectations and put them in writing to make sure that our communications project starts with clear communication between Comprad and its clients. As soon as we receive this document we start with the actual project activities. First we put together our offer, then we choose the right specialists for the project, based on the necessary professional and interpersonal skills and also taking into consideration prior experiences. We form a team and elect a project champion. Our first creative effort is the brainstorming session, where we involve external specialists and subcontractors and begin to analyse the given project information. These brainstorming sessions are repeated regularly during the project; we share information and proceed step by step until we have assembled an offer which is then presented to our client. After the offer has been accepted we agree on the details and prepare the contract, which defines the terms of our cooperation.
